Our contemporary worship service features a worship band that plays music from the current era of contemporary music. They have also created a Spotify playlist with songs that we use in worship regularly.

The Chamber Singers is a small ensemble of auditioned singers singing a variety of styles of music. They provide musical leadership for our 11:00 am worship service as well as for special services and occasions throughout the liturgical year. This group is under the direction of Larry Dodd. You may contact Mr. Dodd to arrange an audition if you are interested in being a part of this group. (September through May).

The Chancel Ensemble is a small ensemble of auditioned singers as well as the section leaders from the Chancel Choir. They provide musical leadership periodically throughout the church year during the 11:00 am worship service as well as for special services and occasions throughout the liturgical year. Larry Dodd is the director of this group, and you may contact him if you are interested in being a part of this group. (August through June).

The Summer Choir provides weekly music leadership for our 11:00 am worship service during the month of June and August. This group, under the direction of Larry Dodd, is comprised of youth through adult participants, and sings a variety of musical styles from the classics to more contemporary Christian pieces. By meeting on Sunday mornings, this ministry provides an opportunity for the person that would like to participate in the music ministry, but is unable to commit the amount of time needed for the other musical groups. Auditions and music reading skills are not necessary to participate in this group.

celebration ringers
Middle School through Adult

Sanctuary (Main Floor)
The Celebration Ringers is a three-octave hand-bell choir ringing a variety of music styles, difficulties, and techniques. This group is a multi-generational group, and our rehearsals are held in the Sanctuary. This choir provides music leadership at the 11:00 am late service, and participates in worship approximately once a month (August through June). The Tower Ringers is a group of that ring a variety of patterns, much like the Change-Ringing patterns of bell towers. No music reading skills are required to participate in this ministry. This ministry group rings occasionally during the 11 am worship service (August through June).

The contemporary Praise Team provides weekly music leadership for our 8:45 am worship service. This group is under the leadership of Valerie Couper. The contemporary Praise Team brings to our worship experience the best of contemporary Christian music. Contact Valerie to become a part of this exciting ministry of our church.
