First Presbyterian Church Inclement Weather Policy

 During The Week:

If theJohnson City Schools are closed:	All Church activities are cancelled for that day.  No TV or radio announcement will be made.
If the Johnson City Schools dismiss early:	All Church activities are cancelled for the remainder of the day.  No TV or radio announcement will be made.
If the Johnson City Schools are delayed:	No changes are made in the schedule for church activities.  No TV or radio announcement will be made.

On Sundays:

Generally daytime Church activities will take place as usual, but when road conditions make it dangerous for travel, decisions will be made by Saturday at 10 pm; if conditions were to worsen overnight, decisions will be made by 7 am.  We will notify our congregation via the church website, facebook, an all-church email, and the office phone voice mail-auto attendant.  No TV or radio announcement will be made. When church takes place during inclement weather, please to not compromise your safety or the safety of your loved ones by venturing out if you are not comfortable doing so.
