In May 2005 Doug was appointed Associate Director for the Americas Area.  He is responsible for helping to supervise the Bible translation task that is going on in North America, Central America and South America. Ruth is Administrative Assistant to the Leadership Development Corrdinator in Wycliffe.  There have been seven leadership development workshops held all around the world in 2009. Pray for the Lord to raise up laborers from Latin America and the Caribbean to do Bible translation worldwide.  We have a faith goal of 2000 new missionaries being sent out from Latin America and the Caribbean over the next ten years.
